A 'Whole' BBC Posts Story About Stonebwoy And Uses Someone Else's Picture — Ghanaians Roast Them

We’ve heard very little from Stonebwoy’s camp about this but if it had been Shatta Wale there would have been hell to pay.
The BBC social media team goofed big time earlier this week when whilst talking about Ghanaian dancehall star Stonebwoy, they used a photo of someone who’s definitely not him.
BBC Africa run an interview with Stonebwoy in which they talked about his new album ‘Epistles of Mama’. Posting up the story, they goofed by using a different photo.
That riled up some Ghanaians on social media who went after the British Broadcaster.
“Eeii @BBCAfrica is it that difficult to find @stonebwoyb picture on google? Not not not,” one Maame Serwaa wrote on twitter.
“You guys are not serious and credible, are you telling us you don’t have the image of @stonebwoyb and even can’t you google the images of him…” another upset Ghanaian wrote.
“Abeg delete.” one other simply added.
It’s a sad day when an entire British broadcaster gets such a simple thing wrong about such a mega Ghanaian star.
