Self-acclaimed Dancehall king, Shatta Wale has angrily admonished Ghanaian musicians to come out from their coward shells and voice out their grievances when things are not moving in the right direction and stop being timid just because people will judge or criticise them.
Shatta Wale is widely known for being vocal and also lambasting industry leaders whenever something doesn’t go his way. Mostly, he will hurriedly jump on the bandwagon of ranting on social media and any other platform for whatever he deems wrong in the music industry.
His aggressive style of addressing what’s wrong in the music industry has compelled the majority of Ghanaians to describe him as disrespectful, arrogant and pompous.
Loudmouthed Shatta Wale in a recent tweet asked Ghanaian artistes to speak up and make their voices heard rather than sit, fold their arms and watch while things go the wrong way.
He tweeted “SOME PEOPLE SAY SOME ARTISTE IN THE WORLD ARE AFRAID TO SPEAK WHEN THINGS GO WRONG.BUT I DONT THINK THEY ARE AFRAID ..THEY JUST DONT WANT TO BE JUDGED.BUT ITS IN THE BIBLE ..” JUDGE NO MAN” SO WHY ..SPEAK UP! JUST SPEAK UP..”.
