That’s the tragedy facing a Nigerian woman after her fiance, a soldier, died mere weeks to their wedding.
According to multiple reports in the Nigerian media, Lieutenant Sunny Brown, popularly known as Be Ayo, has died in a car crash.
Brown was slated to marry the love of his life on December 3rd, but tragically died over the weekend.
A friend, Anuagasi Fabian, confirmed the news on social media, writing that:
“RIP!!!! RIP!!! A thousand words won’t bring you back, I know because I’ve tried; neither will a thousand tears, I know because I’ve cried. I was preparing to go to your marriage ceremony on 3 of next month. So painful. Rest in heaven lieutenant Sunny Brown. I still look at ur pre-wedding picture.”
