The host of the ‘Delay Show’, Deloris Frimpong Manso, said the issue which gave her the second biggest shock of 2017 was hearing that MUSIGA spent Ghc 2m to ‘research’ into the music industry.
Her biggest shock was hearing that her grandma had passed, but after that Obour took the cake.
Delay was speaking about the scandal involving the MUSIGA President, who when asked to account for monies given the body by the former NDC government, said all Ghc 2m had been sunk into ‘research’.
“I saw MUSIGA’s president Obuor claiming he used Ghc 2m as research. I am not a musician but I had goosebumps immediately I heard the news… I was really surprised they used two million for the research. Then how much will they spend if they want to implement the findings?” Delay wondered.
She added: “In 2017 apart from my grandma’s death, this is one thing that has really shocked me…”
