The doctor conducting the autopsy of the late Major Maxwell Mahama has informed the court hearing the case that the late soldier’s body is missing parts which were never recovered.
Dr Lawrence Adusei said he could not trace where the missing body parts where and for what purpose they had been removed.
Mahama was killed in Denkyira-Obuasi earlier this year but several months later his trial still rages on, with the pathology report not even submitted to the court.
Dr Adusei claimed that he faced some difficulties and sought assistance from the police service but met none.
The court ordered the two bodies to collaborate to ensure the report is finished before the next court date, set for November 23, 2017.
