Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has let us in on how much prostitutes charge per any session of sex. He says he has done research into it and has found out that the least anyone could pay for sex is 50gh and that excludes kissing and other romance.
He told  Kwaku Sintim-Misa (KSM) on “BO ME NKOMO” that for a man to have a full blown and relaxed sex with everything inclusive, he needs to budget between 150ghc to 200ghc.

“I have done research on that and I know that some of the prostitutes take GHC50 for short time; even that one there’s no kissing and touching involved and it lasts for at most two minutes.” he said. 
“We also have a full night. That one you can play all the sexual games with the lady. They charge from at least GHC150 and GHC200, and even some charge in dollars.”
This follows his conversation on why wives are compensated when it is the husband who asks for a divorce.
“If a man pays GHC50 and GHC150 to a prostitute for just a short sexual encounter, how much more a woman he married for almost 25years and have been having sex with her every day when he feels for it?
“So the court can quantify the number of years you had sex with her and then demand that you compensate her.”
