"Thank God We Don't Look Like What We've Been Through"- Toke Makinwa Shares In Gabrielle Union's Struggles

Nigeria’s media goddess and socialite, Toke Makinwa has commented on Gabrielle Union’s memoir where she brought to light her struggles in her life.
In Gabrielle’s memoir, the Being Mary Jane star talks about how she has had to suffer eight to nine miscarriages all in her bid to become a mother.
Toke took to her Instagram page to crush on Gabrielle, sharing in her sentiments. She wrote:
“My WCW has to be @gabunion such strength, so much beauty in her scars. Thank God we don’t look like what we’ve been thru.
“Can’t wait for the memoir, the key to surviving is to share, we share to help another unlock the door to freedom, to Shame the culture of shame, to break the shackles that imprison us.
“My heart goes out to all the women in the waiting room, whatever it is you are trusting God for will be yours in his time and all that we ask is that gives us beauty for ashes, joy even in our darkness and the strength to forge ahead in adversity. “Not easily broken”.
