Over 50 Dead, 200 Injured During Mass Shooting At Jason Aldean Concert In Las Vegas

Over 50 people have died and over 200 injured as a gunman opened fire during a Jason Aldean country concert in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Stephen Paddock, 64, opened fire on the venue from an adjacent hotel, firing multiple rounds from an automatic weapon.
Reports put the dead at over 50, with over 200 injured – making this the worst mass shooting in United States history.
Country music singer Aldean was holding an outdoor concert on the Las Vegas strip when Paddock opened fire from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
Police stormed his hotel room not long after and managed to kill Paddock. The hotel room was littered with numerous weapons.
“We heard what sounded like firecrackers going off. Then all of a sudden we heard what sounded like a machine gun.” survivor Meghan Kearney told MSNBC.
“People started screaming that they were hit… When we started running out there were probably a couple hundred [people] on the ground,”
The concert was stopped when the firing started and Aldean and his crew exited the stage. Pandemonium ensued as people tried to escape the raining bullets.
“My warmest condolences and sympathies to the victims and families of the terrible Las Vegas shooting. God bless you!” President Donald Trump tweeted not long after the incident.
