Blakk Rasta Says He's Never Smoked Weed (Watch Video)

The number one advocate for legalized weed in Ghana, Blakk Rasta, says he has never smoked the substance before.
If you can believe him, the singer/broadcaster says he has never smoked it but uses it for other purposes.
Blakk Rasta has taken it upon himself to make weed legalized in Ghana, making the case wherever he goes.
Whilst appearing on the ‘After Hours’ show hosted by Mikki Osei Berko, he claimed never to have smoked.
He says marijuana has uses going beyond smoking which is why he wants it legalized to make Ghana more money.
He even argued that if legalized, its consumption would go down.
