A record producer is raining all over Sarkodie’s happiness over the successful launch of his album, claiming that the rapper stole his beat for a single on his album without giving him the proper credit.
Gafaci, who has worked with numerous artists in Ghana including Sarkodie himself, took to twitter to complain about the theft of his beat.
According to him, track 15 on the album, ‘All I Want Is You’, uses his beat without any credit being given to him.
“Track 15 on the ‘Highest’ album was originally composed with my production. But Sarkodie pull a fast one. Eh boys!” he posted on twitter.
“Nothing I fit do but I just want make people know this is real. Some of our artiste dey disregard our hardwork very often”. he added in another tweet.
“This things happen to up and coming producers but i never knew how serious it is till @SARKODIE Show me say that fuckery is real. I no vex but this undermining is some slow shit. Staying up late at night to make beats is blood & sweat. Be professional bruh” he continued.
Gafaci is a veteran producer who put together BET’s 2010 cypher which featured Sarkodie, Tinny, Reggie Rockstone and others.
