In a video in circulation across social media platforms, a boy and a girl were captured in a s*xual conduct movement at a Balcony of one of the rooms in the Pentagon Hall.

The video was recorded by another student who witnessed the action from an adjacent balcony and he tried zooming in and out of every bit of the supposed d*ggy b^nging.
