Prestea Galamseyers Rain Down Curses On Politicians For Destroying Their Livelihood

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has vowed to end galamsey as we know it and it seems to be gathering him a lot of enemies, both within and outside his party.
The war against galamsey has intensified with equipment of the miners usually destroyed by the anti-galamsey taskforce.
These include highly expensive excavators and other heavy duty equipment and the victims are not particularly happy in the aftermath.
After the recent destruction of mining equipment in Prestea, a group of the miners got together and invoked curses on politicians and other public opinion leaders who took money from them to greenlight their business but have now watched it destroyed.
“Our powerful gods, we pour this libation to you. We were doing our lucrative jobs, some elders have taken moneies from us and have collapsed our business. Our mining machines worth thousands of cedis have been destroyed. Any person who came for our money and has seen our business collapsed, he and his wife and children as we pour this libation whenever they pick a vehicle they must should be killed in an accident die, may that person and all his generation die.” they reportedly cursed.
