A Plus has ridiculed media reports claiming he has run away from the police, providing evidence that the date his presence is required has not even arrived.
The controversial singer has been in the news lately after he lobbed allegations of corruption against staffers at the Presidency, particularly the two deputy chiefs of staff.
Following the allegations, media reports revealed the police had extended an invitation to Plus to appear before them and substantiate his claims. Subsequent media reports also framed the often outspoken singer as a coward who is hiding from the police and not honouring his invitation.
However, taking to Facebook this morning, A Plus posted a shot of the letter of invitation handed to him, which showed he’s expected at CID headquarters next Tuesday, September 5.
“Joy FM says I’ve swerved police. Citi fm says I’ve dodged police. Police themselves say “COME ON TUESDAY 5th September @10am!!!” he wrote.
“Ghana media, you see I keep saying you are #Fakenews? You can’t bring me down. You can not handle me!!! I’m too hot for you. You are all fake news!!!! Just deceiving the people!!!.
“Now wait for Tuesday!!” he emphatically added.
