Lights at the Famous Eiffel Tower in Paris went off as a signal to mourn victims of terrorist attack in Spain, Barcelona.
A White Van on Thursday drove through a crowd in an intentional manner to kill people at Barcelona’s famous Las Ramblas area.
The attack has so far left 13 dead and about 80 injured. BBC report indicates that 2 have been arrested so far in connection with the attack and another suspect gunned down.

World Leaders from the likes of Barrack Obama, Hillary Clinton to Donald Trump have all sent out condolence messages to Spain and the lights at Eiffel Tower also went off i the same pursuit.
