The lawyer of hiplife star Wisa has filed for the case against him to be thrown out.
Jerry Avenogbor hinted that would be his next course of action as the prosecution continue to fumble the case against him.
The case has dragged on for close to two years and it’s still plagued by the prosecution’s inability to prove their case.
At the last court sitting, Avenogbor made clear their next course of action would be to file a motion of no case.
Hiplife star Eugene Ashie, professionally known as Wisa Greid, is on trial for gross indecent exposure; after showing his p*nis during a performance at Citi Fm’s Decemba 2 Rememba in 2015.
