Pastor Mensa Otabil committed fraud with his greater works ‘special offerings’ and should be arrested by the BNI for it – that’s the analysis of the one and only Prophet Kumchacha.
Kumchacha, speaking on Kasapa Fm, expressed disgust with the miracles on offer for cash at the ICGC greater works conference.
We reported on the issue at the time – attendees at the conference could purchase a miracle from God, based on the amount of money they pledge. $5,000 could get you millionaire status, whilst one could even purchase a 24 hour miracle.
That was the sticking point for Kumchacha, who said it was fraud for any preacher to claim they could get you a miracle within 24 hours when God works on his own time.
“If you look at what Pastors Dr. Mensa Otabil and Matthew Ashimolowo did was total business. What they did was fraud so they should be arrested by the BNI,” the infuriated preacher said.
“We men of God aren’t God to tell you that when you give offering you will get the result that same day, We’re not God… So what if it doesn’t happen then you’ve become a liar. Let’s not boast of tomorrow because we don’t know what happens tomorrow (Proverbs 27). When someone is giving offering, it should be done by the will of the giver. You as a pastor can’t give 24 hour miracle… You’re not God,” he furiously added.
