Dancehall veteran Samini has taken hard shots at Stonebwoy and Samini due to numerous comments that the arrival of the two has made him irrelevant.
Speaking on Peace Fm, Samini said those who claim is career is dying because of those two are wrong.
Samini minced no words, saying there was no way these two could give him any tough time. Samini said he brought Stonebwoy up himself and that he has been consistent on the scene all these years – unlike Shatta Wale who had to disappear for ten years before making a comeback.
“Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy cannot give me tough time…, Am not moved and intimidated by the presence of an art like Stonebwoy that I put out his first album” he said.
“Looking at the people I started with in 2001 till date, none of them is still relevant like I do , this should tell you how far we have come”
He added: “I know dancehall artists who made hit in 2003, vanished and came back in 2013, but I have remained relevant till now”.
Shots fired!
