Ex-President Rawlings is still a man with some charisma that sort of entertains those around him only if it’s not a boom.
The one-time military ruler turned 70 recently and he brought his swag on when he posed by a 90s Model Chevrolet Smart Car he received as a gift.
It seems the Ex-President really love photos and he never hesitates to take pictures with anyone that comes his way. He recently met Fella Makafui and that didn’t escape the cameras.
