The President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has reacted to the accident of the Asante Kotoko team bus which occurred Wednesday night.
The President said he is ‘saddened’ by the news, and wished all those injured a speedy recovery.
“Saddened by the news of the accident involving players & officials of Kotoko. My heart goes out to the team; speedy recovery to the injured.” Nana Addo wrote on twitter.
The team bus of the Kumasi based side collided with a stationary truck in Nkawkaw late last night, leading to numerous players and officials sustaining varying degrees of injury.
