Kumawood displaying insensitivity towards a subject is nothing new, so much so that in recent times they had to be begged not to dramatise the brutal murder of Major Maxwell Mahama.
Anytime a topical national issue crops up – within a few months you would find a Kumawood movie mimicking the issue.
The death of former President John Evans Atta Mills has always been one of those issues. Rumours swirl that he was killed by some elements within the NDC and an upcoming Kumawood movie capitalises on that.
