Assasination Attempt On France's New President Foiled By Authorities

A far right French citizen has been charged with conspiracy to assassinate the President of the French Republic.
Recently elected Emmanuel Macron beat the far right Marine Le Pen in this year’s elections, and his globalist, pro-trade, pro-immigration worldview jarringly clashes with his far right opponents.
The arrested suspect was reportedly planning his assassination for July 14th, when the Bastille Day parade would be held at the famous Champs-Élysees, with Macron leading festivities.
Police found a digital footprint of the suspect which showed he had researched on suitable targets for assassination. He had also said he wanted to kill “Muslims, Jews, blacks, [and] homosexuals”
Police were alerted to his violent tendencies by members of an online video game chat room where he had passed some disturbing comments.
In 2002, then President Jacques Chirac was the target of an assassination attempt during the same parade.
