The Blackstars have lost their second international friendly match in a very charged game against the United States of America.
The Stripes took a lead in the first half with a Dom Dwyer goal that beat an offside trap and extended their lead during the 2nd half.
At the well-patronized game at the Pratt & Whitney Stadium in Connecticut, Asamoah Gyan had the chance to pull a goal back for the Stars from the spot kick but poorly missed it as U.S goalkeeper Brad Guzan saved it.
Gyan, however, atoned for his earlier miss when in the 60th minute he converted a swift free kick into a magic goal.
