The missing handbag of Dr Elsie Effah Kaufmann, the quiz mistress of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ), has not been found, contrary to the assertions of the headmaster of Prempeh College.
A source close to Dr Kaufmann’s family reached out to myjoyonline to deny the news of the bag’s recovery after the site ran a story claiming it had been found.
Headmaster of Prempeh College, Samuel Fordjour, told Adom News earlier today that the bag had been found after the thief was caught on camera.
However, that news has now been denied, making it unclear as to why the Prempeh headmaster felt the need to claim the bag had been found.
