The Founder of the Light House Chapel International, Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, says there’s an ‘evil spirit’ of lynching ‘hovering’ over Ghana which he prays the Lord would carry away from us.

Dag Heward-Mills officiated the burial service of the late armed forces Major Maxwell Mahama at the forecourt of the State House Friday and made the proclamation.

“We block that evil spirit and say let it depart from our territory,” the Bishop said.

Heward-Mills further added that the country needed a serious deliverance session to get the spirit – which is leading Ghanaians to commit murders, armed robbery and other violent crimes such as lynching – away from us.
