The list of the world’s wealthiest athletes has been released by Forbes Magazine, and Cristiano Ronaldo finishes on top.
The Real Madrid forward earned an estimated $93m in the year under review, to finish ahead of LeBron James and Lionel Messi.
The Clevelend Cavaliers star earned $86.2m to finish in second place, just ahead of Barcelona’s Lionel Messi ($80m).
Roger Federer and Golden State Warrior’s Kevin Durant rounded out the top 5.
Forbes also released the list of most valuable clubs, which saw Manchester United finishing on top.
