President Akufo Addo has fired District Chief Executive for Upper Denkyira West, Daniel Appiannin.

The DCE has been told to hand over to the Deputy Central Regional Minister, Thomas Adjei Baffoe.

“A letter to that effect was signed this afternoon by the Minister for Local Government and Rural Development upon the instructions of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo,” reports Kasapa Fm.

Apparently, “the DCE is under investigations for utterances following the gruesome murder of Captain Maxwell Mahama.”
