United finished ahead of Spanish duo of Real Madrid and Barcelona, who came in second and third respectively.
The analysis of the most valuable clubs in the world ascribed a value to each, based on broadcasting rights, profitability, popularity, sporting potential and stadium ownership.
Bayern Munich in fourth and Manchester City in fifth complete the top five.
