UK’s High commissioner to Ghana Jon Benjamin prepares his official exit from the country as a Diplomat, following the U.K’s authority reshuffling him to official duties in his home country after being an expatriate in a number of countries over a long period of time as an ambassador.
According to Jon’s twitter profile where some heat is generated often, he has stated that he’s been in diplomatic service for 31 years and this pretty much settles how he easily settled in with Ghana/Ghanaians making it hard to believe he’s been in the country for only 3 years.
The West Ham only die-hard supporter in Ghana has directly and indirectly impacted so many lives in Ghana who have disclosed how much they will miss him when he exits Ghana. Yvonne Nelson is certainly one of those as she took to her twitter to tell Jon “We appreciate and love you ❤️“.
