The British High Commissioner to Ghana, Jon Benjamin (whom GhanaCelebrities.Com would be exclusively interviewing quite soon) – has exalted the qualities of Ghana jollof over its Nigerian counterpart.
According to the outspoken diplomat, Ghana jollof is his favourite dish and miles better than Nigeria’s, a fact he enjoys telling his Nigerian friends.
The ‘jollof wars’, a long running feud between the two West African frenemies, is the contention by either nation that their jollof dish is better than the other’s.
Recently, CNN’s Richard Quest was in Nigeria and couldn’t solve the issue, but Benjamin minced no words in making his choice.

In response to a follower who asked him what his favourite dish was, Benjamin went for Ghana jollof, adding that it’s superior to Nigeria’s.
