Ernest Aboagye Forson, a Ghanaian student at the Illinois State University has graduated top of his class, with GPA of 4.0 and thereby winning the 2017 Statistical Project competition, with a reward of $2,500.
Aboagye Forson completed a 2-year Masters programme in Mathematics with a sequence in actuarial science–and managed to score the high grade in such a difficult area.
While this has made the news, Forson’s academic excellence predates this–as he scored 8 out of 9 ones in his BECE and graduated in 2014 from the University of Cape Coast with GPA of 3.92.
He started his education at Borkor and moved to New Gbawe Experimental School D/A both in New Gbawe in the Greater Accra region–from there, he went to Accra Academy to study Business.
That’s a real SHARK!
