The feud between Shatta Wale and the Ghana Music Rights Organisation just keeps getting hotter and hotter and it looks like Shatta is going haywire just as he promised.
In an Fb Live video Thursday, Shatta Wale tackled the claim by GHAMRO that they had paid him his royalties through a rep at Bullhaus, Bulldog’s company, which used to represent Shatta.
But speaking in the video, the artiste born Charles Nii-Armah Mensah said after contacting the said rep, he denied GHAMRO had paid him any money. Wale even involved the police in the issue, but the Bullhaus rep denied to officers that GHAMRO had paid him any money as they claimed.

For now, Shatta is holding his fire and giving GHAMRO the benefit of the doubt to find where they have sent his money. Otherwise, more fire is on the way.
Interestingly, GHAMRO Chair Rex Omar recently said Shatta is a ‘highlife king’ and not ‘dancehall king’ as he claims.
