A military man in uniform has been recorded whipping a driver and his mate in Accra, for allegedly loading at the 37 total filling station.

I understand we need to fight indiscipline in Ghana but whipping citizens simply because you are a uniform is not the solution.

That in itself is indiscipline because a military man is not authorised by any law in Ghana to beat the hell out of law breakers.
