Former IBF bantamweight Champion Joseph ‘King-Kong’ Agbeko makes a return to the ring in June as he takes on Kenya’s Nick Otieno.
Otieno, a former world champion himself and currently the WBA Pan African Champion, would square off against Agbeko at the Bukom Boxing Arena.
The fight is scheduled for June 9, the main event of the billed Legacy Boxing Night.
Agbeko, a three time world champion, is hoping to make the journey back to the top once again at 37 years of age. His form has fallen in recent years, with four losses in his last eight bouts, after losing only one of his first 28. His record currently stands at 31-5 (23 K’os).
