Caroline Sampson seems to have run into a misogynistic brick wall at the passport office in Accra earlier today when she was turned away from the passport office in Accra – for showing up in a ‘short’ dress.
According to the presenter, she wasn’t allowed inside for her appointment to take a picture due to her dressing.
“I go to the passport office at ridge to take a picture and they don’t allow me in. Why? My dress is short” she wrote on twitter.

Sampson shared a photo of the dress she was wearing, which looks like a perfectly normal attire.

One twitter user tweeted back at Sampson that the Passport office has a ‘dress code’.
Passport office has a dress code as you will have it, ripped jeans aren't allowed either. The security make the rules. https://t.co/EZAXS8EyTc
