Patrick Osei Agyemang, known universally as Countryman Songo, has revealed that he takes in as many as eight to ten boiled eggs per day.

He likes to take the eggs without any accompaniment, apart from a dash of hot pepper.

Songo revealed this strange fact about himself when he appeared on the Multimedia owned station Hitz Fm.

We’re always told that whilst eggs are good, we need to take them in moderation (once a day), but Songo is obviously not impressed by such warnings.

According to him, not only does he like the eggs, but the pepper keeps him fired up.

“I eat fire. You know pepper is fire and I like everything hot,” he said.

No wonder is show is called ‘fire for fire’.
