The President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has called on Ghanaians to reflect on the message Christ’s death bequeaths to us as we celebrate this year’s Easter.

The President made his call in his Easter message to Ghanaians.

Nana Addo said the season should make us reflect on the message of Christ’s death and resurrection, which is the triumph of “life over death, good over evil, and hope over despondency.”

The President reiterated his commitment to work towards a Ghana which operates free of foreign aid and in which citizens are satisfied with their standard of living.

Nana Addo also expressed strong condemnation of the recent actions of the Delta Force in Kumasi, warning that such blatant disregard for the law would not be tolerated under his watch.
