Long time Cash Money signee Lil Wayne has officially announced he’s now with a new label, Roc Nation, after completing his acrimonious split from his former label.

Weezy, as he’s more commonly known, has left the wings of Birdman, who turned him into a bonafide star, to join Jay-Z’s Roc Nation.

Performing at a recent show, Lil Wayne revealed he’s switched allegiance to Jay now.

“Is it cool if I just say it? Its the Roc. You know I’m a member of that team now,” Wayne said, before throwing up the Roc nation Diamond hand sign.

Wayne and his mentor Birdman fell out over the rights to his Carter V album, which triggered a war in which each side claimed the other was trying to cheat them. The issue remains in court.
