Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay Says His Children Wouldn’t Get His Fortune And No First Class Flying for Them

Despite celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay reported to have made about 54 million dollars last year, just as Beyonce earned, he says his children wouldn’t be getting his fortune–as he believes it will spoil them.

Gordon in an interview with the Telegraph said he worked his ass off for his money, which makes him appreciate the rewards that come with it–therefore, he wouldn’t be passing it on to his kids and he does not allow them to fly first class as they’ve not earned that.

“[The fortune] is definitely not going to them, and that’s not in a mean way; it’s to not spoil them,” he said.

According to him, he has agreed with his wife, Tana, that their kids -Matilda, 15, Jack and Holly, both 17, and 18-year-old Megan – will get a 25% deposit on a flat, he won’t be buying them the whole property.

And the Ramsay children don’t even get luxury treatment when they go on holiday.

He said; they “haven’t worked anywhere near hard enough to afford it.”

“I turn left with Tana and they turn right and I say to the chief stewardess: ‘Make sure those little f***ers don’t come anywhere near us, I want to sleep on this plane’.

“I worked my f***ing arse off to sit that close to the pilot and you appreciate it more when you’ve grafted for it,” he added.

Gordon Ramsay also revealed that his youngest children are given £50 pocket money a week, which has to pay for their bus fares and phone charges. Megan, the eldest who is at university, gets a budget of £100 per week.

That’s good parenting right there!
