Customer Service in Ghana sucks–from the ordinary waakye seller to the big shops, the value is the same.
Yesterday, an angry Ghanaian Facebooker-Kwame Max, tagged CustomerDiscuss.Com into a post, in which he blasts Hisense Ghana, saying, the Chinese multinational white goods and electronics company treats Ghanaian customers badly.
He wrote: “What an entity who care less about its customers, looking at all the complaints here one would have thought that they will rectify them but no they care less at all. Today I have called almost all their numbers to no avail and even went ahead and call junction mall management for their number yet what they gave me either the number is off or no one picks up.
Have called numbers on their official website and that one is even off how really. Bad, horrible, nonsense customer service can not believe the stress others are going through just to get in touch with them.
So you have to stop everything waste fuel or lorry fare to any of their shops before you can make inquiries.
They are not even on any social media platform that you can get to them and blast them.
Hisense are you serious, trust me it’s only in Ghana you can do this bullshit and get away with it.”
And he posted the below review screenshot to confirm his assertion that, the company stands on a bad customer service footing in Ghana.
