Talking to KMJ on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Samini expressed his long time worry and stated that he is keen to ask Sarkodie why he is always against him, should he get the opportunity.
“When I get Sark[odie] on a one-on-one interview on TV or on radio maybe he would explain to me certain things because there’s been few occasions that he would throw a shade or two because of something that maybe I might have said or might have defended that makes him come across in a certain way,” Samini said.
Samini recounted days back when Sarkodie threw a shade at him in his ‘Borga’ song, which excerpt of the lyrics say “Bisa Sonni Bali, adee a, Yoggi Doggi de ye Samini”.
According to The HighGrade CEO, he confronted Sarkodie about that line and King Sark couldn’t offer any explanation. Samini then says his confrontation optimized Sarkodie to rally behind his opposition when he had one of the industry’s biggest beef.
The self acclaimed African Dancehall King continued that Sarkodie in an interview disclosed he is not a fan of Samini music contrary to Sarkodie once saying in a freestyle that “he wants to blow like Samini”
MyJoyOnline.com has also reported that Samini attributed the numerous collaborations Sarkodie had with Shatta Wale as a planned orchestration to dethrone him.
