A bust of Cristiano Ronaldo has been inaugurated at the newly branded Cristiano Ronaldo airport in Madeira, and whoever designed that bust needs to be arrested ASAP.

On a special day for the Portuguese superstar, he’s rather being mocked because the statue looks nothing like him, and even worse.

Twitter is having a field day with the ‘likeness’ which isn’t a likeness at all.

The international airport on the island where he hails from has been renamed ‘Aeroporto Cristiano Ronaldo’, to honour the Portuguese star for his extraordinary career.

This isn’t the only property on Madeira named after him – there’s a hotel and a museum also named after the four time world player of the year.

Ronaldo and the crowd turned up to see a statue of Ronaldo and they were greeted with something else. At the very least, the city officials have to ask for their money back.
