Man of the moment Nana Kwame clashed with his foe Manasseh Azure on Joy Fm’s Super Morning Show Friday, with the pair attempting to put their ‘feud’ to rest on the show.

Nana Kwame revealed on the show that he’s really gained some newfound fame due to the entire saga, as evidenced by the explosive increase in the number of friends he has on Facebook now.

“I was having only 48 friends before. As I checked last (Thursday) night it was about 5000 plus with others pending.” he said.

According to Nana Kwame, he feels a little weird about the fame, and the fact that it happened on the back of his friend (Manasseh’s) misfortune.

“In a way, it may be that I am pleased. And it might not, that as due to my friend’s downfall that I shot up and I am not very happy about that…”

Manasseh, for his part, said the comment did not offend him at all – but he felt it was misguided and wanted to correct it. He said the trolls only attacked him because they already hated him for his outspoken nature.

“It didn’t offend me. There were a lot of derogatory remarks. I am very used to that. Some people determine what they want to say even before they come to my FB page. I don’t have anything against him. He didn’t insult me. I just thought his argument was flawed. I believe he is just like me and I have a point to express to him, let me just do that…” he said.

The pair have been duking it out on social media the past couple days, ruling the zeitgeist with their hilarious ‘feud’. So far, the consensus seems to be that Nana Kwame won hands down.
