4Syte Tv held a ‘surprise’ birthday bash for controversial artiste Itz Tiffany, who turned a year older on March 20.

The singer, who only recently dropped a new single after being dormant for a while, was ushered blindfolded into the party room, where she squealed with delight upon seeing the assembled friends for the party.

But how surprised can you be when you’re being led by a blindfold, to a room, on your birthday? What else could be on the end?
