A Senegalese religious channel is in trouble with the nation’s regulatory authorities after it aired some hardcore p*rn during its regular programming.
Touba TV aired the steamy p*rn videos inadvertently, right in the middle of the day as well.
BBC reports the broadcast fell between 13:10 and 13:30 local time.
The National Audiovisual Regulatory Council, which regulates the airwaves in the deeply religious West African nation, has asked the channel to explain what led to the incident.
The station claims a bug in their systems caused the mistake – although it bears wondering where the p*rn video was obtained from.
This is hardly unique, though – a CNN affiliate was also accused of inadvertently airing p*rn last year.
