Our 2nd Lady is the queen of slayage. She always steals the show where ever she goes.

As expected, Mrs. Samira Bawumia graced the 60th independence celebration held at the Independence Square in Accra.

Turning heads as usual, Samira — who is a mother of four — was looking absolutely amazing in a figure-hugging outfit, flaunting her impressive curves.

While many have praised her for her great fashion sense, some — especially some Muslim leaders have slammed her, calling her dressing ‘unislamic’.

Mohammed Amin Lamptey, a sympathizer of the NDC and former communication direction for Hajj board, has taken to Facebook to drag Samira to filth.

He writes:

Hajia Samira Bawumia is the wife of the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana Dr.Mahmudu Bawumia and as Muslims,many have raised questions regarding her dress code since she became the 2nd lady of Ghana.
After numerous comments and heated debates about her skin-tight dresses without a veil,it seems her Personal Assistant (PA) has a special reason for ignoring all reactions from the Muslim community and prefer to stick to their game plan as it were.
At this stage, I think issues related to the dress code of our 2nd Lady must come to a close.We need to learn how to appreciate her choice and recognise her asuch.
I am very worried as a Muslim.
God bless our home land Ghana at 60.”
