Fellow Actors Donate Wheelchair, Cash – To Sick Actor Emmanuel Armah

Veteran actor Emmanuel Armah has been presented with a wheelchair and some other items by a group of fellow actors, with an assist from former President John Agyekum Kuffour.

Armah has recently been taken ill after his return from the United States of America, and is receiving treatment at the 37 Military Hospital.

A group of actors led by Adjoa Pee and others visited the actor, who has been left struggling to walk due to his ailment – and they presented him with a wheelchair plus other items to aid in his recovery including cartons of water and a sum of Ghc 1,000.

We presented a wheelchair, car tons of bottled Water, a cash of GH¢1,000 amongst other items.” Adjoa Pee told the media after the presentation.

According to her, former President John Agyekum Kuffour also contributed to their enterprise, although she did not reveal what exactly he donated.

Last week, Minister-designate for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Catherine Afeku, alongside Fred Amugi, Oscar Provencal, Joseph Ofei, Sammy Forson, Irene Opare, Eunice Banini, Akorfa Edjeani Asiedu, Luckie Lawson, Maame Kakraba Smith of Efiewura fame and others, visited the actor and also donated an undisclosed amount to the actor.
