North Korean Dictator Kim Jong-un’s Brother Poisoned In Malaysia – One Female Suspect Arrested

The brother of North Korea’s Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un, Kim Jong-nam, has been poisoned to death in Malaysia.

Kim died at an airport in the Malaysian capital of Kuala Lumpur Monday, reportedly due to being poisoned.

Police have arrested a female suspect in the case, the BBC reports, after analysing CCTV footage of the incident.

The suspect is 28 year old Doan Thi Huong, who was picked up alone and was in possession of a Vietnamese travel document.

Kim Jong-nam is the elder half brother of Jong-un, and was actually ahead of the current leader to succeed their father – but he was once arrested trying to enter Japan under a fake passport, an incident which proved fatal to his chances in the line of succession.

He has been in hiding for years since his brother took over, mainly travelling around under a fake name. Officials suspect Jong-un might have been behind the killing of Jong-nam.
