Two Black Stars Players Meet ‘Controversial’ UK High Commissioner To Ghana

Two players of the senior national team paid a visit on the UK High Commissioner to Ghana, Jon Benjamin.

Captain Asamoah Gyan and diminutive winger Christian Atsu Twasam visited the outspoken High Commissioner who threw his support behind the Stars at the just ended Afcon tourney.

Mr Benjamin shared a photo of the visit on his ever active twitter page, accompanied by a usual bit of banter.

“A visit from two Black Stars,” Benjamin captioned the shot – “but Razak Braimah’s Spiderman was nowhere to be seen. Maybe it’s on E-bay in Gabon?”

Brimah, of course, made himself the biggest story out of Gabon after he decided to insult his critics via a video he posted online. That got him a $2,500 fine from the bosses, and proved to be quite ill-timed when he turned in a putrid performance as the Stars were beaten 2-0 by Cameroon in the semi finals.
