Asamoah Gyan, Ghana Black Stars captain has made what can best be described as the most absurd comments ever–stating that “I expect legends to talk about me on issues concerning the national team not people like him (referring to Yaw Amankwah Mireku).”
Yaw Amankwah Mireku, the former Hearts of Oak captain who led his side to conquer Africa in 2000, criticised Asamoah Gyan’s captaincy reign, saying that the 32-year-old should be stripped of the armband and Andre Ayew elevated to the role.
Mireku said Gyan, “due to bad leadership… has dented the image of the national team.”
Adopting ex-President John Mahama’s insane rhetoric where the Mahama said only those who have been presidents before are allowed to criticise him, Gyan boldly said; no one can criticise him unless they are legends of Ghanaian football.

, Of course that’s stupid–and based on the fact Gyan expected only legends to evaluate or critize his performance, I can boldly say, I only expected educated non-bleaching people to become rich in life and not someone like Asamoah Gyan.
