US President Donald Trump has warned his over 24m followers on twitter that any ‘negative’ poll about him is ‘fake news’.
After a chaotic first couple weeks in office, in which his ‘so-called’ Muslim ban has caused confusion and invigorated his critics, his approval ratings have been recorded as the worst for any new President and Trump is pushing back against that.
Taking to his favourite medium of communication, Trump tweeted that any negative poll about him is ‘fake news’. Fake news is the label he has given to any news about him he doesn’t like.
“Any negative polls are fake news, just like the CNN, ABC, NBC polls in the election. Sorry, people want border security and extreme vetting.” he tweeted.
This is not the first time Trump has made such an outrageous comment bordering on delusion- he claimed last week that 3m illegals had voted in the elections, and every single one of those votes had gone to his opponent, Secretary Clinton.
